I am not really fan of those eergy drink.they taste pretty good, but the most of them has the same taste and I can get easy sick of them.It is just same old taste all the time.So when I am really tired I would reach after green tea.It gives me energy and I feel like I am making something for my body since it has so many health benefits.

I seldom drink the energy drinks because I don't really like the taste. I think it's not sweet for me.

I don't drink energy drinks but orange juice and milk and tea instead. When I work in the office, my favorite drink is green tea or black tea. Either is ok for me. Tea can always makes me feel good and less tired and sleepy.

Only very occasionally, because do you know they all have caffeine in them. Guarana is caffeine, too, and in addition to being a stimulant it is habit-forming. I'm not a fan of anything that causes addiction reasoning that we have enough problems in life without creating more on our own. I drink read tea instead of green. Roibus is not actually tea, but it makes a tasty beverage with no calories and up to 50 times as many antioxidants as green tea. I use green tea as a mouthwash, though, because it isn't red, lol.

I rarely drink energy drinks. Most of them are just jacked up drinks with caffeine, and some put extra sugar. And those who advertsie sugar free seem to be trying to get us not to remember the amount of caffeine they contain. Sure, some have ginseng or green tea, but when it comes down to it, usually caffeine is what is giving people the energy. And way more so than a regular soda.

I don't drink any of these drinks as they are very costly and they have many chemicals, I've had red bull on a couple of occasions when I had to stay back in office late in the night .

I only drink one from Japan. I drink it only when I have a headache or I am sweating too much. It replenishes the energy and nutrients lost during the sweat. I think it's quite good. But for the other ones, I don't really drink them. Maybe because I got so used to this Japan one.
