What will your attitude be in case of Change Management ?

In the occurrence of political arena, if in case in your agency, there was a change of management, how would your reation be given that a new management style is in the offing that your are not acceptable with.

If the new change management is good for us staff, I would like to welcome the change, but not one that is driving us staff crazy about it. Sometimes it seems that we can do nothing about it as we are staff only, not the boss. hehe. Therefore we have to make ourselves adapted to it. This is one of the ways out. lol
