My User ID is my birthday... so Happy 40th to me!

My husband left me 2 cards on my desk this morning. One is very sweet and wonderful. The other says on the front, "It's another year of not being dead!" and on the inside, "Just trying to make lemonade here." I thought it was a hoot. I am actually pretty okay with the whole 40 thing. It's just a number after all. But I thought that card was hysterical and wanted to share it! "Happy My-Birthday To Everyone!" (I have always believed that it should be a national holiday...) :)

It was a wonderful birthday, but so far kind of a family event. This weekend he and I get to go out solo and I'm looking forward to it. Thanks!

Happy Birthday!!! I turned 40 last year and my own birthday is coming up this month so it'll be goodbye 40 hello 41. It's just a number. I am the same person I was 20 years ago and the years have just made me wiser (I hope!). I definately appreciate life a lot more now than I did way back when. There are things I wish I had done differently but ya know every day is a new day and a chance for a new beginning. Tomorrow will be a whole new adventure. Those cards sound hilarious!!! lol

Happy birthday my friend, its better late than never. And Im ishing you for many many more birthdays to come and many blessings would abound you. Life starts at 40 and there a lot of things instore for you and your family.
