How many of you have Corn Flakes for Break fast. Every time I have Kellogg's corn flakes I don't get the filling sensation and I feel hungry after a few hours. What should be serving size of corn flakes.
Besides Kellogg's is very costly. Should corn flakes be part of break fast or the sole food for break fast.

Hy! I eat Kellogs Corn Flakes with Skim Milk for breakfast.
What works for me? One cup of corn flakes and one cup of skim milk or sometimes, I mix other Cereals too.
Then I just have coffee or orange juice afterwards. With these, I am ready to face the day...

Do you feel filled after your breakfast?, when do you feel hungry after your breakfast?, when do you eat after your breakfast?

Your habit is very bad for health, you must have a good break fast in the morning

I do have cornflakes in my breakfast and even my children go for the same but the size of the serving would purely depend on ones requirement. My daughters do take a bowl of cornflakes mango flavour in cold milk and have a glass of milk along with it and this is good enough for them till they get a break at school for lunch.

My breakfst meal differs everyday....sometimes, it's Pinoy breakfast (combo meal with rice), american (bacon, homemade hashbrowns, eggs & bread) and when i'm in a hurry it's instant oatmeal (i love quacker oats!) or Kellogs Frosted Flakes for me. I get the same satisfaction even there's daily changes in my breakfast meals.....when i'm having corn flakes, though, it's a medium sized serving...just that and milk no fruits....sometimes, i eat i'd have corn flakes when watching late night movies on television instead of popcorn....hehehe....i think there's nothing wrong it corn flakes becomes a part of your breakfast. That is, if you like having it for breakfast....and if you don't get the filling sensation, go for your preference instead or have additional food items together with your cereals. :)
