Hi Jack, I'm about to have my wisdom extraction this Friday (Oct 5) and I'll get back to you if the operation hurts. But i think it doesn't because when I had my check up, my doctor assured me that there would be meds (anesthesia and pain relievers after) to help me comfortable and do not experience pain :).
