Synergy GPT withdraw cancelled?

I live in Australia and my paypal account is also registered under Australia, so i tried to withdraw money from SynergyGPT and a week later they cancelled the withdraw. My paypal is the very basic one & i have not entered any bank card details into it. Is that the reason? Thanks
