Do you get irritated by smokers who complain about their rights?

Does anyone else get irritated by smokers who think they have rights such as smoking anywhere they want. They should not forget that they cause 50000 second hand smoke deaths a year!

No, but I do get irritated by the ambitious anti-smoker who relies on propaganda instead of facts.
1. There is NOT ONE conclusive study that proves second hand smoke is actually harmful. Yes, I know that anyone who reads this is shaking their heads and thinking about all of the reports they've heard ... not realizing that every single one of those reports and statements was based off of one study, done 40 years ago, that has since been debunked.

2. Although smokers should be considerate of the people around them, the same courtesy is often NOT returned to them.
3. Smoking is legal. While smoking is legal, business owners should have the right to decide which legal products are used on their properties. The government is sticking it's nose in where it doesn't belong by dictating which services a business can offer and to whom, when dealing with a legal product.
