When can you say that He's or She's the One?

when our heart says say that this person is only made or me.. This is inner feeling comes by its own.. sometimes u may take some time...and sometimes u might say....in the starting.. But the most thing that make u say ... Is the how much trust factor u have on that person.. If u have enough trust on that person than u will say..yes she/he is the one..
