Hi Other than where you live now, where would you choose to live in the world, and why?
I would choose to live on the island of Corfu. It is quite accessible to the mainland of Greece. The original Corfu (still existing in the mountains) represents an old-world unspoilt charm, where the residents take pride in their work. I love the hospitality (plus the plate smashing) at the restaurants, the craftsmanship in the shops and also the temperate climate, and beautiful sea and beaches. I would love to learn how to make my own character costumes.

If I had to live anywhere else it would be Pristina Kosovo. The reason for that is because that's where my best friend lives, and I miss her so much. I'd move half way across the world just to be able to see her again. We talk online everyday, but it's not exactly the same as seeing her in person.
That may sound like a simple or silly reason, but Kosovo is my second choice.

MY husband and I are happy moving back and forth between Canada and the USA, but if we had to leave North America we'd probably go to Denmark, because the Danes are very tolerent, happy and accepting people. They are less judgemental than most. Also, my background is Danish.

Interesting answer. I've been to the United States but not to Canada (would love to) and Denmark has an appeal. I have been to Holland before (thought it was charming) - would you say comparisons may be made between Holland and Denmark?
Thank you for the information. Laura20

I live in England where I was born. If I could do so I would love to emigrate to either Australia or New Zealand. Australia I love for its varied landscape and unique wildlife. I found the people there really friendly. I wish I could live in Albany in Western Australia or in Cairns in Queensland. I love to tropical heat and the coral reef is nearby. In New Zealand I would love to live in North Land. That is within easy traveling distance of Auckland which would be great.
