Most of the times for me it is a good shampoo, conditioner, and some times an "intensive mosturizer mask",
and anti freeze...
But I do not used everything alla the time...
Not color, not perm, not hair dryer...
not salon... I do my hair!!

oh i didn't know that. when i first became a member, i could just easily upload photos. i didn't know they changed their rules. but do keep it up terry. you're doing well. :-) you get my br. :-)

hi.. i dont perm or color my hair, though i am very to dye my hair but i have this idea of how i will look like so i am still thinking about it...lol... though when i was younger, my mom would perm my bangs and ends of my hair...unfortunately, i have straight hair so perm chemicals didnt stand a chance, on the next day, it's all straight out...LOL... so i just keep my hair long... and it's okay even when i dont comb it for a few days...except do hand combing...hahaha.... so im pretty happy about it... i dont like hot oil except for the massage that i can get with that treatment... the reason i keep it long is that i can save alot of money unlike when i had it cropped, it had to be maintained with monthly visit to the hair salon. lately, it's just twice a year to trim and layer it.. that's all...:-D
