I think you can drink more water; you can also use arack, which is made of rice and rice helps improve the skin. Good rest is the most important.

I've read that many celebrities maintain their healthy and glowing skin by having enough rest, lots of water, healthy diet like fruits, avoiding stress and worries, and of course beauty regiment that are not harsh on skin like mild facial wash and moisturizer
