Do you feel guilty ?

sveral days ago,i introduce my good friend to my brother's company.but my brother fire him today whitout talking about to me.i feel very guilty,because he is my good frirnd.i think my brother should asking for my opinion.i don't konw how to face my friend.tell me how i should do.

i'd feel guilty. but i'll talk to my brother first before lashing out on him. in a business, anything could happen. so there might be a good reason why my friend is fired. i'll ask my brother what happened and if there's a valid reason, then i'll just comfort my friend and explain to him what happened. ^__^ we cant always please everybody.

Well if your brother had a good reason to fire your friend than you shouldn't feel guilty. For instance I was a Manager, and I had to fire my own daughter, because she wasn't doing her job correctly. See sometimes being in a Management position you have no choice, you just need to do your job, and do it correctly.
