Problem in getting paid for response

How do i put my pics on my profile.that image i load doesnt not aplied on my main pics

Nidhi, you only get paid depending on the length and quality of your post. If you respond with yes's and no's your post may just get deleted, or not rewarded anything at all. If you respond with super short phrases, that might also end up resulting in you getting nothing. Try to take more time to think about the discussion and respond in a lengthier and more descriptive way & you'll yield better results. Also, make sure you're following the guidelines otherwise your post might get delted. Obviously of course any posts that get deleted you will not get rewarded for. I hope this was helpful. :D

I do get paid when I reply to other people's discussions. I also get paid when people respond to my own discussions. But if I reply to other people's comments on my own discussions, I think I am not receiving payments. Or if I do receive it I am not sure how they calculate them because my points did not increase.
