Teaching has been considered as one of the noblest profession in the world. Every one understands the importance of education. Then why is that teaching community is so ill paid, as compared with other professions ? is there any justification between what a teacher delivers and what he is paid? Afterall a teacher is human too. He has his own needs and necessities.

Our teachers' salaries are overlooked by the government. That's why we have teachers who are busy looking for an extra income, others became corrupt due to their needs. Private schools who are small can't give comparable salary w/ that of the government, too! What a pity for the teachers! However, there is now a representative for the Teachers in the government in the Phil., so let's see the result of his term.
