What do you do after you wake up early in the morning?

Once I wake up, I normally will take two or three glasses of cold water immediately. After doing some massaging on my stomach I then water my vegetable plants at my little vegetable garden. Later on I usually go for jogging if I don’t have to go to the office.

The first task i do up early in the morning is preparing food for my children getting them ready for school. After this is get fresh and say my prayers before getting myself busy in anyother activity.

My morning ritual consists of waking up, stretching, having a glass of water and a ciggie then make my way downstairs, turn on the computer, then the kettle, let the dogs out, go potty, make coffee and hop online til I have to get the kids up at 6am....this morning was a little different though cause I woke up at 3:30 instead of 4:30-5:00 so I watched a movie in bed THEN went about my usual routine :-D

I get up and get onto mylot ;) Then I shower get the kids ready for school and go to work

i prefer tea than coffee

the first thing is brush my teeth and clean my face.Then have breakfast and go to school
