Where to get a quality reff for my program?

I have had a very hard time getting referrals too. The only way I have gotten them is by joining forums like this and telling people about how great different sites are. From doing this, I have 2 sites where I actually have quite a few referrals and I think the majority of them have come from mylot. You should make a blog about your program. Then you can post the site to your blog and anyone interested can go there and read about it.
