A couple of Sunday's ago, I went up to my Son's house as is quite normal, for an afternoon's visit and evening dinner.
Lauren was hounding me to go outside and watch her with her hula hoop, so off I want and sat on the patio on a chair, not noticing anything as I crossed the lawn from the kitchen door. I sat down and Lauren started to show me what she could do with the hula hoop, when I spotted something on the lawn... a circle of pebbles, about nine feet in diameter... ha ha ha.
Naturally, as my pagan friends will understand, I was gobsmacked!!! Ok, Sarah's going through a bit of a Goth stage, but a circle of pebbles on the lawn? What was happening here... shock horror! Was it for me? I had no inkling that my family were of pagan beliefs and traditions, so perhaps they had thought to surprise me with my own sacred space in their garden. lol.
I sat quietly for about half an hour or so, then the curiosity HAD to be satisfied. I went over to Di, who was in the kitchen and asked, "Why the circle of stones?" I must have appeared nervous because she laughed, and said it was a long story, but the upshot of it all was that the girls had been on their friend's trampolene, a couple of days before and wanted a good sized trampolene in the garden... the stones were to measure the size of the trampolene!!!
Ha ha ha, another blonde moment and curiosity satisfied, I relaxed, laughing at my imagination, but I never did tell Di why I had asked, but she reads Harry Potter, so I'm sure I didn't need to! :P
I should have realised it was for a trampolene.. I mean.. so darned OBvious, wasn't it!!!! Ha ha ha
Do any of you wish to tell me about your own blonde moments? he he he

Yes a blonde moment of course from what seemed the only explanation for having a circle of pebbles on your lawn. I mean what else could it have been a pagan circle?
Now come on the fairies will come down and take you away to the never never land. Be thankfull you have those intelligent children to keep you on the straight and narrow.
Hmmm I wonder if a dye on your hair might any difference, who knows?
Have a great day from Deeeky.

Not my lawn... my son's for starters. Next, faeries don't live in Never Never Land, a fictional place created by Barry and reiterated by Disney, as the home of one, unreal faery, called Tinkerbell.
Everybody who's anybody knows that faeries come from the Faerie Realm, a place where time stands still, one doesn't age, and the Moon phases are far longer. If you ever, once taken there or stumbling upon it, get out of the Faerie Realm, then things go back to normal, but the Faerie Land is a magickal place, not for the likes of Tinkerbell.
As for dyeing my hair... no way. I am what I am, and that's not a blonde bimbo. I don't dye my hair... it's natural and I have a very high IQ, so perhaps those who pick on blondes are dumb enough to believe they're right, huh? He he. Why is the redhead alone in the pub on a Saturday night? Because the blondes are out having more fun! :P
Brightest Blessings, my dear friend. :) xxx

Well, last Wednesday morning I did a very blonde thing, in fact you would think Gabs was giving me lessons. Our porch steps were old, and falling apart. Hubby took them off, bought lumber to repair, but it got dark. Wednesday a.m. he left, left the porch light on, for a reason. The reason was the steps were still off. I knew it. I knew it at 6:30 a.m. I knew it a few minutes later. Then I decided that I wanted to run by Wal Mart on my way to work, so I got in a hurry. I shut off the ligts, and went out the back door, and flew down to the gravel driveway, landing on the ground and various rough things. Amazingly, I got no bruises, and felt okay by about the third day. I just let the missing porch slip my mind, for about five minutes. That was all it took.

Oh my. I hope you're ok now. Yes, that's the sort of thing I mean. Doesn't it just make you feel so stupid? It did me, but then, my daughter in law didn't really know why. I reckon she was working on a Harry Potter theory. he he he
Brightest Blessings my dear friend. xx

That's so right! I appreciate their concern, don't you? Why blondes I don't know. I've come to the conclusion that dyed blondes are the worst, and the naturals, ha ha, they see the funny side of things, but really... I'm not as stupid as they think!
Brightest Blessings.
