What is important to say in a proposal seminar?

I have to do a Proposal Seminar this Friday, about the project I am planing to do (my research in strawberry), so I need your help about what should I say, and some tips to give a good talk... I do not have much experience in talks, and also this is going to be my first time in english... so please help me!! Thanks!!
