Do you know that you can save a life every 2 months?

Yes, you can do it of you donate blood, actually you can save up to 2 lifes any time you donate... I donate blood last month, and I am planing on do it again next month... What about you? Do you donate blood? Why?

Donating blood actually saves two lives.The immediate life of the recipient and the life of the donor in the long run.By donating blood your bone marrow replenishes the lost blood by producing new fresh blood.So its good for your health too.Drink grape juice etc immediately after donation.That will help restoration of the lost blood cells in a very short span.After all blood donation is virtually life donation.So keep it up an all the best.

Yeah I believe that, only half an hour of your time and you can save up to 2 lifes.

actually, i haven't tried, though i want to. it is because at first my weight was below 100 lbs, and they said that i have to be over 100 lbs to donate blood. it was only recently that i am over 100 lbs. but i am trying to conceive so it is not advisable. if my blood can save lives, why not?

Yeah, just think about all that people that need that blood... you can help them, and It does not cost a penny... anyway ask you doctor if that can influence in your health since you are trying to cenceive.

I used to..but have not recently. Did you know that you can do even better...check with your center if you can donate platelets. It takes a while, but if I remember correctly you can donate once or twice a month. Maybe even more.

yes i have denoted blood a few times before and im really glad i did because i know i was helping some one in need.i havent done it lately but i dont think i would be able to now,i think my iron is low right now after my babies.pattie

Well I guess that you have to help yorself before you can help someone else, so make sure you are great before you think about giving blood.
