Well i had just tried out a temporary job recently...
The boss were good on prima-facie....
But then they commented me once on my Eating Speed...Thay told i took too much time Eating...
Well when u work for 9 hrs, cant u deserve a 1/2 hr break for lunch????
So what thay did the next day was that they sent me last for eating...i.e after all other colleagues finished,i was sent...
Well i did nt complain bt made my face so drowsy n gloomy that they felt that i had felt bad abt there behaviour....The fact is that i nvr gave them complain abt my wrk....which even they know....but only bcoz of me eating slow, they this this to me....
Now i want to ask,did i do the right thng???
Or is there a better option???
Have neone of u ever undergone such situation????How have u responded in such a situation then??

I think it stinks that your employers said anything to you about how long you took to eat, darshakk. I would think it reasonable for someone to take a half hour lunch break. In fact, I think that more time than that is needed.
I'm not sure that I understand what it is that you are asking in regard to whether you did the right thing? What did you do? You got sad because they complained to you about something as insignificant as your eating speed, but said nothing at all about your work, which you do well. I don't blame you for being upset.

Well they had no chance of complaining abt my wrk....only they said abt my eating speed....
what i did was that i made them realise by making them feel that i have beem hurt by what they did....by my expressions...bt nt affecting my work...i.e i then too worked full heartedly...but by my behaviour towards them...i made them realise that they did was wrong....
this is what i am asking as to was i right???

I don't see how you expressing your feelings in that way could be wrong. I know that some people will say that work is no place to express one's feelings, and I do appreciate the sentiments of this, but I don't always think that it's the case, and under the circumstances that you presented, I don't think that you acted inappropriately.
