Cellphone is very popular now a days, to different models, style and features because of the growing technology we have today, it is very helpful because we can make calls wherever and whenever we want to, it's also very handy than a regular phone. I have two cellphone, one is from the country i came from which i activated the roaming service so my friends and family from the Phils can still txt me and i can still receive messages from them, the other cellphone i have is a US number which i use for US calls and txt. i don't use my cellphone as much as i use them before since i'm with my husband now and he's the one who always call me in my cellphone and i also use it to call him back or txt him and since i moved it cost me more now to txt my close friends from the Phils. but they can still txt me w/ the same rate since i activated my roaming but for me it's expensive to reply back, so i don't txt that much anymore. How about you? do you have a cellphone and do you use it all the time? why?

Yes I have a pre-pay cell phone. Here in Ireland we call them mobile phones lol..... I very rarely use it, and I use the phone providers website and get 300 free texts a month so I can text my family all month for free lol.

i also use prepaid cellphone before since it is more cheap, but now i got a family shared plan with my husband so we can unlimitedly call each other without extra charges since we have the same network. that's how it is here. calls are free and unlimited if you have the same network but depending on your cellular provider also if they have that feature.

Yeah, I do have a cellphone, but its not like I am always on it.. Its a very good medium to stay in touch with ur buddies thru sms.. And I do that quite a lot.. I also use it to make calls all the time, as it is much cheaper to call thru cell than thru landline.. Infact, for the past 1 or 2 years, I have only made 10-15 calls thru my landline phone, and that were also interstate.. For all local calls, I always prefer calling thru my cellphn..

you also have a roaming sim from the Phils? mine doesn't deduct to free txt that i have when i txt my friends there. it cost me P20/txt and i just always ask my friend there to reload me when i send money to her. my free txt jst add up and it won't deduct there, what sim are you using? smart or globe? at first i was using globe then i switched to smart since most of my friends have smart and the txt is a little more cheaper than globe. tell me how it is cut on your free txt when you txt your friends in the Phils? :)

well, i have a kind of thing that takes off 10 euros each month from my bank account and transfers it to my calling credit, and i cant go over that, so i dont have that problem, but i agree, some people call way to much without mining the bill

yes, we can use it for emergency calls specially when we are not home like when you're in a congested traffic and will b late for a meeting, or if someone needs to call 911 or hospital. so it's really good to always bring our cellphone with us.

No I don't have one and I am so happy for it.When I used to have one I was addicted to it.i just have to have it all the time with me or I would be nervous, that someboyd can call me or text me and I would be not able to respond. Now I just fell much better when I don't have oen, i feel free.If somebody wants to comunicate with me, they have a land phone for me or they can write me an email. Not a big deal.I just don't care anymore for all those new models and special features,I dthink anyway we use it only for calling and texting and not other things what they include.

yah, it can be really addictive laurika, since you can enjoy txting now and it's cheaper than calls. it's just really good if you have important calls or txt to make and you are not at home all the time like if you're working. but if you have a landphone and you don't really use the cellphone that is still ok.

Oh yes, I use my cellphone all the time..for communication, to check the time, the date; I use it for my reminders and tasks; I use it to send and receive Gcash; I use it to store information and pictures/videos; I use it as camera/video..Oh , not a day goes by that I don't check my cellphone. When I accidentally leave it at home, I would have to go back and get it. It's such a necessity to me :)

I do have a mobile telephone, clarie03.
I use it in the course of my work, as well as a tool for staying in touch with my friends and family. I find it interesting about myself that I use the mobile telephone to stay in touch, because before I had a mobile telephone, I did not like to talk on the telephone. Now, I use it when I'm driving and I'm bored.

I have had my cell for 6 years I would be lost without it! It has come in SO handy when I am out driving or shopping and I need to call home. Plus the kids can call me when they are at school and need something. It has been a lifesaver when I am out at night and I happen to have car trouble I don't have to leave the car to find help. When I am gone traveling it helps me to stay in touch with things that are going on at home that I have to deal with. Altho sometimes I would like to turn the darn thing off sometimes I just leave it in my room and go away from it for awhile it's nice to come back to it and find voicemails or text messages.

I use the cellphone as much it is required to be used. I only use it for conversing with my near and dear ones and smsing at times. I am using it judiciously and do not always be on cellphone.I love socialising with people rather than chatting on phone.

I have a cellphone, but I don't use it much. I go to work without it. If I am far away I will use it. The phone is quite expensive for the good one. Phone Filled card is US$+1, US$2.5. The text is only 3 cents I think not expensive for sending.

I have a cell phone but don't use it that much...since I think they are still to expensive to use like they are unlimited.
Of course, I am not a 15 year old who does not understand the value of a dollar either.

Yes I have a cell phone in which I believe most people do these days. Whether it be a regular one or a prepaid kind, most have one. I use mine when I need to, such as, if I'm at the grocery store and don't know if we need something, I'll call home to find out for sure one way or the other. Or if I have some information that someone else needs, I'll call them. I'm with Alltel in which I have a list of ten numbers that I can call anytime and on any network for free without using up my minutes. I love it and I can save my minutes to use for other numbers that I don't call very often.
