Do you plan small trips ahead of time or do you leave at the last minute?

Hi there peanut, hope you are always fine and having a great day!;)
I love to take trips, out-of-town vacations that I know every each and one of us needs and deserves to have. Most of the times, we plan ahead of it so we can take care of the things we need for that trip. The last minute thing we do are, those extra baggages and some stop-overs for those of what we think we have forgotten on our list!;)

As for those forgotten things, I would like to add that sometimes we tend to fall in-love on the place that we extend for another couple of days. Then we'll look out for those of which we still need and forgotten to include in our budget or packed things, like extra underwears and other stuffs!;)

Hi raijin!Long time no talk!lol,Im very good thankyou and yourself?Im bug eyed though lol.Its always better to plan for those out of town ones and im always the one thats running around the house trying not to forget something,grr.We always seem no matter what,to forget something,especially belts for pants,ha,ha.:):)smiles:)

Depends on the situation and where you're going. In my case, I did quite a few "last-minute" trips after I landed in Japan - most often they would be to the major cities that were closest to me (Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka) during the weekend - just to get out of my small town. Sometimes I just took a quick day trip to another part of prefecture I was in. Of course, back then I was single and had the freedom to travel anywhere after working hours. I can't even imagine doing that now that I have a family.

Hi!I know what you mean,i miss that a little bit.But now where ever i go ,my daughter goes,lol.I miss her when she does not go and wants to go to the garderie instaed of coming with me for a ride to visit.I keep thinking that i forgot her and look back at her seat,lol.Duh,at the garderie.My boyfriend works during the week and never takes a week off,so we have the weekends to go somewhere as a family.I and my daughter plan tommorrow to go visit my mom in another town an hour away just to get out and change the pace of things here around the house,lol.We call it girls day out.:)

Be it small or big, be it trip or work to be done either at office or at home, I jot down in a book, the things I have to do and I like to go about systematically rather than hotch potch. It is nice to be organized than doing things in the last minute with a lot of tension and confusion.

Hi!I love my book for this.Its the only way i can makesure what i have to do and such gets done and not to forget anything.Sometimes i forget though,oops.:)

I always do trips on the last minute..I have never planned a trip or anything before. This works for me and my family also...But sometimes it's hard to get ahold of me cause no one knows where I am at!LOL Sometimes I do forget to tell anyone that I was leaving for what I call them is a road trip...But when I do get where I am going I do try to call my mom or sister so they wont worry....

Hi mystic,hows things?:)Before our daughter came into this world we never planed anything and just decided at the last minute to go somewhere.But when she was born we found it better if we planned trips and such and at leaving certain hours of the day for when she would be sleeping the whole way,lol.Now that shes 4 1/2 we find it easy just to leave when we want because shes better and eager to go.I always leave a note to say where i am,lol.:)
