How long can you sit and stare on your computer screen.?

well, it is very difficult to sit continuously for more than 20 minimutes before computer. but u know in office some times , it tooks longer time say around one to two hours continuously to sit and do the job . the irritations and strain to the eye is such a great extent which u cannot bear and it will have the impact on the nest day

I should say i can sit long for more than 10 hours ofcourse almost everyday i sit from morning to evening ,infact i stop staring when i feel sleepy

well why do u want to stare at it without reason... well if u have wrk,then do it but dnt keep on staring at it as it is harmful for eyes.....they strain... so take regular breaks after sitting on pc ....for good health...and better eyesight !!!! njoi life ... tc

hey i can go on and on and on for hours in front of the computer. it does'nt matter what i am doing, surfing the net, reading an e-book or playing games...occasionally i take a quick break for ciggarrete ( trying to quit,have bought it to one cig a day!!)

I can go for hours. Both my eyes and getting sleepy get to me, but depending on what I am doing I can persist for far too long. This has been happening a lot lately and I have been getting to bed considerably past my usual bed time.
