If your mother and your fiance were drowning in deep water, who would you save and why?

i would save my mother. first of all, i know she can't swim. secondly, you only get one mother in this lifetime. i love my own mother deeply and am glad to see other people who love their own mothers similarly. just a short time ago, i was engaged and very in love. thank you Lord for showing me what true love is. no love can replace His. just like no one can replace your mother. honor thy mother and father, He says it Himself. this is an interesting question to say the least....thus far, moms are winning...

Of couse, my mother. This is because marriage is the only institution which will bond me to the very welfare of my wife, not my fiance.

Fiance. If I ever chose anyone for marriage, it must've taken a long time, because I wouldn't choose just anyone. Takes a while for me to open myself up to someone. If I lost her, that'd be the end of my happiness for years.
My mother never really brought me much happiness. Not all mothers are the most kind individuals.

First of all, i must know how to swim first in order to save one of them.Absolutely, i will save my beloved mother because nobody can take her place in my life.If i saved my mother, i could find another fiance, but my mother is one in a million who sacrificed many things for my life.Sorry for my fiance because my priority is my mother. But if i could save them both, why not? Thus, if somebody doesn't love their mother at this moment, please make up your mind?

I would save my mother.
Why?
Yes because mother is the only one . It is she who born me, grow me and made me so strong. The mother is the only un-disputed, selfishless relation in the world.
I wouldn't like to let the fiance drowing but my first and foremost preference will my mother.

Definitely my mother, because mother is only 1 in entire world, she has nurtured me, teach me, for as long as i live. but my fiance which maybe i just get to known in 2 or maybe 5 years, i can always find new love of my life. but love from a mother, now that is irreplaceable. No one in this entire world can replace your mother.. love your mother for as long as she still live.. and love her more when she is gone..

The question is like Egg first or Chicken first. Depending on the circumstances at the drowning site, save one by one, finally both. While trying to save both, no one would like to get drowned. Do the higher task first (save first mother or fiance depending on who is at higher risk).

That is not even a fair question. But if I had to choose I would probably go with my mother.

i'd obviously save my mother first for a variety of reasons: the first being this-i wouldn't be in this life without her. the second reason is that she is older and quite possibly would need my help more than my fiance. tirdly, i'm sure, my fiance, if he is worthy at all to be someone who i spend the rest of my life with, should completely understand why i save my mother first before him and not take it against me in any way.

What do u do at that time?...
I will save my mother, because she has given me birth n she who loves me n who cares me, who helped me to learn the ropes of the lifes. So my mother first.
All in my life are after my mother. U r question is not good, each n every being likes their mother. Why are asking the questions like this..........?
