It is a difficult question to answer. There are many developed nations and the two leading developing nations are India and China.The second developed nation I think is Japan.Surely few dacades later China will be the second force in the world and then India.These two nations have a lot of resources especilly the human power which other nations lack.But these nations has to overcome many problems which are overcomed by the developed nations.Now China has many richest persons and they use most luxury cars.But the percapita income is very low.that is the case with India also.
