wht wud u do if ur boss nvr considers ur wrk?
i mean if the wrk is done by u bt ur boss asks qs abt the same wrk to ur colleague as if tht person has done the wrk? wht wud u feel?

i'll feel bad.. taken for granted by the person who's suppose to give me approvals and complments for a job well done..
i'm just wondering how long hve u been working under his supervision? why did he hire you in the first place if he doesn't consider your presence in the first place

st of i wud like to thnk u..reading ur comment is amking me feel pretty good, i like ur concern yaar whn i get frustu evn i ask such qs to my self bt i have certain thngs bcz of which i cant think of leaving it.....so thts ok with me i hav been used to this n has used the formula of deaf ears.thnks amillion
