I am so busy that I can hardly find time for myself, including mylot!!! I am writing my PhD paper, I am visiting my patients, I am finishing a Telethon research project, and I am studying towards my next English exam...but I have no idea of what is going to happen to me after the end of my PhD experience in December. This is rather frustating and disappointing after such a long road (degree, specialisation and now PhD) but I am trying not to worry too much and look for new job opportunities..Have you ever felt like this, so full of energy and duties and so devoid of future prospects?

..you missed out singing dear. lol..
jokes apart, I think you are just doing great with all your activites and be positive no matter what. We should not frown at the sun in hope for it will set soon! Try and figure out which way to should move after december, you can seek expert opinion and post your resume to recognised websites. Highlight your USPs, which I am sure you have in plenty, and work on them.
I firmly believe, it's just a matter of time which you have to deal with. The rest will be all in your way soon.
Good luck!

Oh thanks for your strong support, my dear. I am trying to be optimistic. It is just...I can say unbelievable that after so much work and study I am here considering that I have no job at all after December. they are treating me very bad here and I am very very ...angry...can you imagine??? I have been studying for 27 years of my life and I have no work!!! Incredible!!! Somebody suggested I looked for a post PhD position in a lab somewhere in the world. Honestly I am fed up with grant and little money for hard work..I think I have enough certifications ..I have to find a good and well paid job..until then, oh until then I will fight..and if I am not succeeding as a doctor, I can always finish my past novel and the new one I am working on and become a famous writer!!!!

See, you have so many options! Just keep your fingers crossed.
It's sad that today's world is the world of showoffs, grandeur and pomps and the real learnings go unnoticed. How could a scholar like you go ashtray! This can never happen, maribea. I know you are down at this moment and I can understand it. But be optimistic and never let go, you never had and never will, I am sure.
I am praying for you, just be confident and move in the right direction.
God bless.

Yes at the end of the school year last year...
I have many exams to worry about and then I'd have to do this, pick up that, catch up with my old friends, keep myself orgnasized, keep myself on track with those exams, keep myself updated with friends and family, and then Id have tons of homework ontop of that!

Dear maribea, I happy to learn you obtained degree, specailisation and now doing now Phd. It is great. I do not know why you do feel frustred and disappoited. YOu will have very very bright future. When the God has given you this much opportunity, do not worry HE will always be with you to achieve something new in your life. Do not predict your future. Try to achive what you have in your hand. Leave the future in HIS hand. Do not worry you will have bright future.

the problem is not with God, of course, but with humans and the system they create. I am grateful for the gifts God gave me and for the opportunity of successfully graduating and specialising and now completing a PhD...but it is incredible and unbearable that in Italy with all these certifications I don't find a decent job...anyway we will see!!!

too occupied on studying this and that yet too anxious if it'll profit you in the end or if you're gonna be happy with your chosen field..
don't worry too much, take things at a time...give some leisure time for yourself...
i'm so sure, with all the degrees you have achieved, no reason that you wont find the job you've always wanted

I think you should think of what you really need in you life for a moment. From your post,i can see you only need a job, then what job do you need, academic job or industrial job?Just take one job althought it is not very satisfying. The first job is not as important as people who just graduate from school think.
