Hi! I like exercising, i like walking and swimming. Also light aerobics. I being a dancer also think that as a relaxing exercise for mind and body. However I would like to know if anybody is particularly looking at exercising for losing weight around the wasit line.

You are practicing good healthy habits, and I am encouraging you to maintain these for longer periods of time.
As for your problem, abdominal crunch exercise is the best method of reducing the size of your belly or tummy.
Do this exercise regularly and try to adapt with it.
Control yourself of eating foods that are rich in calories and cholesterol, as these usually embark mostly in our abdomen.
Have a nice day and God speed!

I attend a gym and an instructor there recently showed me an easy one. At the gym I use a gym ball, but you can use a chair. Get on your knees and lean on the ball with your arms (do not put your body on it). Stay in this position and pull your tummy in, hold, release, repeat.
Another good one is to lay on your stomach on a pillow and simply breathe. I was told this one by nurses when I had my first child and it makes sense - as you breathe in & out, the pillow offers resistence that will work the tummy muscles.
