First, pimples are believed to be caused by deep seated dirt. So you must clean your face regularly. It also have something to do with our feelings. If we are under stress or so many worries. It triggered our pimples to come out in multitude. If we are not eating the right food, it also has something to do with our pimples. So find time to relax and eat the balance diet.
