my nephews and my nieces are verry hard to them to eat veages. thier parent having trouble and sometimes forcing them to eat it. then end up crying. i know that veages are good to our healt, but when i was young too i hate it.

i have four kids and they all eat veggies. may i ask what are the ages of your nephew and niece? sometimes it depends on how you cook it. there are a lot of way to cook veggies and the kids will love it.

i have 4 nieces and 2 nephew. to my brother and sister. yah mybe. if good that your kids all ate veggies.i hope my nephews and nieces too.

when my children are much younger i puree the veggies before putting it on soups. all they see is the macaroni but the veggies are all pureed like carrots and celery. i mash squash also before putting in anything i cook so they wont see it. i also ground some of the veggies together with pork or beef then make it into patties so they wont really see it but they are eating it. now they are all teens and they get use to eating veggies. now i dont need to puree it or mash it.

My younger brother doesn't like vegetables too because of the taste and smell. We tried feeding him vegetables because we know that veggies are good to him but, he doesn't like to taste them. My sister forces him to eat his veggies and ended up crying but he still manages to eat them.

Oh how my kids hate them! But I try to give them even just a small piece, just to get their taste buds familiar with the taste and texture. I'm sure sometime somehow, when they appreciate the advantages of eating vegetable, they will eat more :)
