What does it take to be a certified PARTY GIRL? What is the criteria? Friends? Money? Confidence? Freedom?I think I have all this but how come I can't bring myself to go out and have fun?

prolly you're not used to the party lifestyle.
i used to party almost everyday.
but ive toned down alot.
im bored of partying after so many years.
