how to achieve a british accent

i wanna learn to speak british english after study american english sometime,expect bbc broadcast which seems a bit difficuilt to me,how should i get start?

I learned it via website; www.talkclearlyuk.com. Its Talk Clearly UK program, just switch on my computer's speaker and get the right spelling and pronounces. And it gave me enjoyment on learning Britsh accent.
