Talk about a stupid thief....

Yesterday, I went to pick up my husband from work & he told me the most idiotic story about a guy we know. The guy's car broke down while he was with his girlfriend & her brother so they needed to call a tow truck to pick up the car. The guy & his gf went to use a payphone to call the tow truck and her brother decides to try & steal the car!! The car totally breaks down the road & the gf's brother bails out so the guy we know calls the police to press charges. Well, the gf's brother went home & cried to her parents and the parents end up kicking out the guy we know, his gf & their kids from the house cause they were living there!! How lame is that!! The kids are like maybe 2 yrs old & a couple months old. The gf's brother is the most stupid thief and just an idiot!! I think that they were right to call the police and that the parents of the gf are just idiots. What do you all think?

I think the parents are idiots and it seems the apple didn't fall far from the tree. From the sounds of things they will be better off in the long run not living there. Short term it will be rough though. I hope things work out for them.

I hope things work out too for them, especially for the little ones. They just have had a tough time this year & this just makes it even worse than ever.

That was really stupid and as for the parents, maybe they will come around. What happened is probably not what he told them. I hope they found somewhere to stay and they had every right to call the police.
