What is the cheapest and quality specs dedicated server provider on the internet.

In Malaysia the best IPS, it is STREAMYX; www.streamyx.com. What I'm using now, only MYR45($12.95USD) per month with unlimited time of usage and the connecting speed is at 100Mbps (ADSL/wireless router). If I use mobile connection it would be MYR99($28.45) per month with unlimited time of usage. Provider; Celcom, Maxis and DiGi. But the data card is expensive, per unit is at MYR1,800($517.21USD).

I suggest http://www.xnynz.com/ . Here i found a Dedicated hosting service. It provides six plans which has more features.You can choose any of them..
