Two simple ways to Get up early in the morning?

its the biggest headache... cant get up early in the morning... please dont suggest an alaram clock as many and i mean MANY (of different types and alarms)of them have been tried before :/...

Try going to bed earlier than you normally would. It may take some getting use to, but it may just help you start getting up earlier in the morning.

Hmm strange, never heard of that happening before, not sure what would cause a person to get a headache just because they went to bed earlier than normal. But than again each person's make up is different.
Have you tried sleeping with the curtains or blinds open just enough to let the sunlight in? I've heard that the sun can be a natural awakener, whether it works or not I'm unsure about, since I'm up way before the sun ever rises.

I tried this a couple of years back and it worked for me. I love playing badminton and me and my friend fixed up a time early morning to go and play badminton. Everyday she would call me up ( i was the one who had problems getting up early) and for the first few days it was a nightmare. At times i wouldn't answer the phone and at times she would come home and drag me out of bed to go to play. finally the love of the game caught up with me and once i started playing in the morning, the whole day just flew by fresh and energetic and i would just wait for the next morning to wake up and go to play. Our group grew and after a few months we were 6 of us, going to play first thing in the morning. Find out something that you love doing and can be done early in the morning. It would be great if you had a friend like mine who took the effort to wake me up for playing or else just have or mother or somebody call you for a few days in the morning and later your routine will just fall into line.
