How would you feel if your dad was not in your life and mom life for 30 some years and out of the blue on july 4,2007 he ask your mom to marry him and she saids yes and they got married today on Oct 4,2007. How would you feel? What would you say to your dad or mom?

Don't think you need to say something. They are old enough to make their own decisions. If they are happy together now sometimes the past doesn't metter. You need to make peice with yourself and your dad. If he affected your life you can hate him but if he makes your mom happy let her leave her life and try to accept the fact and keep on loving and suporting your mom.
