spies on internet shops

i have this competitor who owns also an internet shop near us... obviously, he has taken half of my customers,but its okay. what i just dont approve is his staff goes to my shop, wander around,ask questions,then the next thing you knew the other shops already has the same new games you have. can't they download or install games on their own and not spy on us. he's running his business at my expense! i pay people to install games, i buy cds for my shop then this guy who doesnt have an inch of delicadeza,wanders on my shop and STEALS!!!!
