whats with RED panties?!

one early morning i was on my morning ritual to the bathroom. as i take a pee i alwaysclose my eyes and pray for the good morning and for waking up great. as i opened my eyes, i saw 2 huge panties on the bathroom hanging there as if it was a flag infront of the porch! and then started chuckling because i didnt realize i was in my parents bathroom. my mom said it was a gift for her. i cant really understand why but it makes me smile or knock myself to death to see those panties.. it made me thinking, what up with those red panties?!
