Are you jealous?

Almost everyone can get jealous sometimes. I am a jealous person, I will admit. I am not jealous of relationships. Its more if someone does something better than me, and makes me feel dumb I get kind of jealous.
Are you a jealous person?

I think, it's not jealousy, it's insecurity. Like you, I also felt that way most of the time. What I suggest is for us to just focus on what we are doing and have the desire to excel all the time. By doing that, we'll improve. It's just a competition, don't feel bad when someone does something better than you did. Remember this, if you cannot be the best, be the second best!

Jealousy is actually a pretty damaging emotion and I'm trying to learn to live without it. However, I don't think we can avoid it but then again, I think we can channel jealousy into a positive thing that will drive us forward in life.
