Does anyone out there have psoriasis?

My roommate has it really bad and has to use tar shampoo. He has also used many creams through the years but nothing really gets rid of it for any length of time. He also has had shots at the doctor that worked at first but isn't helping now. Has anyone out there had any luck with anything?

I don't know if he will or not if you could let me know the prices on it I'll ask him if he wants to try it. hes tried about everything, I would like to say he ahs a really bad case of it. the shots aren't even working and they did before.
