I only use dial up, I have no budget for dsl or broadband... Dial up is so slow but the advantage is, I don't have monthly bills with my internet connection. I'll just a card whenever I have a cash for it...
How about you? What internet connection do you use?

I use a broadband connection at home.. It is much more conveniant than the usual dial up connection.. I used to have a dial up connection before, and I face d a lot of problems with it.. Most of the time I was not able to connect to the internet.. But with broadband, there's absolutely no problem.. It's fast and I stay connected all the time...

You really needed a lot of patience when you are using a dial-up connection.

we only have dial-up at home. I want to subscribe for a broadband or dsl but it would be impractical for me since I'm not always home. I only go home every weekends and only me and my sister use the internet. ans my sister too is not always home.
I'm considering applying for an internet-landline service but I haven't inquired about it in our telephone service provider because our monitor got busted. ^__^;;

I used to use dial up two years back and i was getting sick of it that the pages took so much time to open so then i moved up to broadband.For two years i have been using broadband for two years and find that it is better than dial up.
At that time i was relieved to see that the pages are coming up quickly into my browser.

i used good old dial up for almost 7 years and then switched to dsl broadband couple of months back....
there was a very big telecom revamp in local markets and broadband prices dropped like anything.....now it just costs $12.5 per month for a 2mbps dsl connection......and i make good use of the happy hours provided by the operator....

I have a cable connection to the internet.
It is a very fast connection.
I like to look at photographs alot and so this fast internet connection is ideal.
True, it is less expensive to use dial up.
:)

It is really less expensive but more hassle to use compared to broadband or cable connection.

I use DSL, I haven't had dial up for a long time. When I lived in town, I had cable. But it's not offered in the rural area I live in now. I would rather have cable because it was a lot faster than my DSL.

I used to do the same thing before using the dial up. It really sucks because it is so so so slow. I found out that I was consuming almost the same amount as that of a broadband connection every month, so I decided to shift to a 'wireless' type of connection, a broadband kind. It rocks because you can do multi tasking quickly. No more choppy voice messages and video problems.
