Why there is no one to say that I'm here for you!

And this is making you depressed? Is that why this question is in the depression section and not relationships? One major problem with people who suffer depression is that they believe no-one is there for them, even when there are people who do care. Depressed people go to the bottom of the pit and on their way very often disregard people who are actually trying to help. It's part of the illness, the black dog that is tugging at you that says that no body is there for you. And for what it's worth, too much sympathy renders depressed people even more helpless. Sympathy can feed the beast. Depressed people can have 100 people around them, yet feel alone. Most likely you will find someone when you come through your depression. It's usually when you are in the heights of feeling better about yourself that someone 'special' comes along to share your life with. I wish you luck and strength in your life.

I've also been to situations same as your's many time now, I already got numbed and used to them. But I am glad that my friends since childhood are a gift for me, I've been away and they are still there for me to cherish our friendship. I believe that our foundation is very strong, that no outside force can even penetrate to ruin it. I've met with people whom I thought I could consider as friends, but you're right, they are just there to achieve their very own hidden agendas. So I left by not even having a second-thought, because I know more of how friendship works. It's like a two-way road, were both should be giving and taking, and not just to take and take everything!;) I guess you just have to look those people in front of you, you might have over-looked at them!;)

I have felt just like you are. ANd I still feel the same whay..It makes me really depressed not having someone there when I need someone..My sister tries to be here for me as much as she can,,,But it still don't seem like its the same and I need more....

There are so many in this world, who respect friendship and will be there for you in any give situation.But if a person has to have a friend like that, that person must first be a good one. You cannot expect the whole world to back you up at all times. A part of the world will really do so, but for that you have to prove to the world that you are a great person and that you respect others. No one will bother to say "i am there for you" if the person is not behaving good.
