It has been observed that functional/technical knowledge can move one to a point after which interpersonal skiils become critical.Most projects fail due to people factor not functional or technical flaw.

Right.whatever we think it will become our words,whatever we speek it will become our action, whatever we act it will become our character, and our character leads to our destiny. here our destiny is our project success, the base is our thinking.
our thinking should be great in order to bring the best output for the project
