This is a nice STORY (or is a truth)
My elders once told me that after death you will be presented before the lord. He will have a logbook of your doing while on Earth. He will decide whether you will go to Heaven or not.
If you are really wrong, He will sentence you to earth as a next life (may be not as a human being)..
Do we want to believe this...

Hi matrix! Thanks for this discussion in the first place. It will depend on the religion you belong and the type of believe you have. In Christianity, it is absolutely right, but it may be different in other religion. It was made for those who lived a righteous life here on earth. That is why Jesus said He will go and prepare a place for for those who lived a righteous and honest life and when He comes back, He will take them along with Him to Heaven where war, sickness, suffering, pains etc does not exist. It is not as this world we are, it is a place where there is no day and night and the peace of God will be forever among those found there. You have to work and live a life pleasing to God. Those who doesn't live a pleasing life to God will suffer eternity in hell. Thanks. Hoping to meet you there.

Yes as a Christian I believe when the body expires, the spirit lives on. At that point in time we will be held accountable for what we have done here on Earth. So do good and be good, I always say.
