Good Morning Jianhong Yes, Knowledge is powerful. I just read your blog and found some very interesting articles I have Arthritis so your article about food(Is your food causing your pain) was just what I needed to know. I guess its true "we are what we eat" so eating the right food along with the proper exercise should help us live a long happy and healthy life. Thanks for the information.
