invisible or available?

hey guys!:)
when you log in to your messenger id.. do you prepare to be invisible or available?
i am always on invisible... no hussle :)... i can monitor who are online to my friends and i can only talked to people that i want to talk especially if its important...
how about you? please share yours..

We are on the same boat. Every time I go online and logged in to my Yahoo messenger account I would choose the invisible mode. I don't want to be disturb when I am working. By the time I finished my job, that is the time I will go visible to all my friends.
You're right I can monitor my list and see who's on line and not.

When working I would opt to go offline. OR when I feel like I only want to communicate with people I would stealth them. :)

yeah ..even i always sign in as invisible to avoid friends i don't want to talk to. its a very good option cause then you don't have to be rude with your friends and tell them you don't want to talk to them. instead you can just remain invisible!

I always have mine set to invisible, simply because I like to be able to go through my emails and deal with messages first, without being interrupted. I also like the fact that I can see who is online at the time, sometimes I really don't feel up to chatting with a load of people at once.

Me, when i am very busy, I am always invisible. But when i am not, I am available. Yes, i do invisible for the same purpose as yours. I want to talk to people i want to talk with at that moment.

I always Im available whenever I log in my messager Id. But I like the way you stay invisible to people you want to talk to. There are a lot of people that I dont even know who are always talking to me. Thats for sharing that.. :)

hi...i sometimes, am, invisible, especially when i am pretty busy but my close friends that to check i am online, they just buzzed me:-D or else visible but with a busy signal and tag...

I am always available, I never go invisible because we used Yahoo messenger as an office communication too and it's helpful.
being available online during ofice hours means officemates and some of my boss can see me.

Sometimes, I will choose to be in invisible mode and when I found that my friend is online, I will shift to visible mode. Yahoo messenger have a lot of good features rather than MSN. It is more user friendly messenger and a lot of people using it. And all of my friend using it. And you can share all about the stuff you want when you are using Yahoo Messenger.

I am usually online and visible when I want to talk to my friends. If I don't then I'm invisible and just log in to check my emails,

I always stay invisible on Yahoo messenger otherwise I get so many IM's that I can't keep up. Once when I was at my Mom's I logged into it and didn't have the invisible button set and all of a sudden within about a minute I had like 8 IM's pop open from friends wanting to chat. It took me almost an hour to get off it and all I wanted to do was check messages. I love talking to my friends and family on there but I can't juggle 8 and more at the same time. So I login invisible and talk to 2 at a time.
