I cut up carrots and cucumber in little sticks and pretend that they are power sticks, they do eat it then. Also I cut up vegetables really small and put it trough their food, that way they don't even know they are eating vegetables at all. It really works

Cook the vegetables[steam cook] together with a relatively greater number of tomatoes. you can add cabbage, beans, cauliflower, beetroot, carrot and all the vegetables of your choice. Take care to see that you add one inch piece of ginger, one onion, [even 2 gooseberries can be added-they are extremely good for health] . Grind these in a mixie, strain and make this into tasty soupwith butter/cream/ salt, pepper, and serve with toasted bread slices. If the children are more than 10 years old, you can cut the vegetables very thin ,make them into proper stuffed parathas. They will like it. May be you can add paneer too if they like paneer.

My kids go nuts for veggies and dip. Another option is harvest surprise from juicey juice. It has fruit and vegetables in the juice. V8 also has a similar version. That way they are getting their veggies and fruits in without knowing it. If they like spaghetti, ragu spaghetti sauce also boasts being a full serving of vegetables in every 1/2 cup of sauce.
