what time do you get up in the morning?

i need to get up early in the morning at around 5.30 to prepare food for my school going children. Soon after i get fresh and then say my prayers before having my breakfast. However i do get up late on sundays. This is our weekly off and its time to have some extra sleep.

I never sleep past seven becouse I have kids and they are always needing me to do something or take them somewhere. All the mothers out there I am sure you know what I mean. Our days start at dawn and don't end until twelve or one.
