I was kinda sad earlier, my son went to the doctors and had to have his 4 month shots. He is 5 months old (almost) but we had to switch doctors so we had to wait a couple weeks... but anyways, he was so sad, and he cried for a while, and it was just really sad, i hate seeing my little man upset. But he is happy as can be again, so i'm happy again too

I was in a bad mood this morning. I had to go to the doc because a prescription I got Sunday night didnt really work all that good..so I had to go back and get something else..which I knew would work better than what the Doc gave me on sunday. Why can't doctor's listen to their patients when it comes to certain meds. If I know something works, why not give me the prescription? Why do some Doc's get all high and mighty and give us whatever the hell they choose. If this doc had listened to me on sunday, I'd be halfway through the prescription by now. Now I gotta take this stuff for 12 days. Grrr.

Moods are like bubbles in water. It stays for a while and it is not there next moment. Likewise bad moments are. The best way to come back to normal is to turn the attention to TV watching, reading books, watching some flowers etc. Try and do meditation which is best. I do not wish to let it on others and display it elsewhere. I want to burn it out by methods stated above.

Thank you for the information..Sometimes that helps..I have found that the best thing that helps for me is to listen to some of my favorite songs, and sing them out,While maybe drawing,or working on something with my hands,Thank you for your response..

Yes, I'm in a bad mood. I'll vent, since you said to go ahead (thanks!). Hubby's being a turd. He wonders why our marriage is going down the pooper. Well... it's called communication, dear. If you bottle up your feelings and what's upsetting you, then take it out on the kids and me, of course our relationship is going to suffer. Duh!
