lately, my computer has started to overheat than freeze or turn off automatically. i dont know what the problem is. ive tried running all the anti-virus crap i have in regular and safe mode. i think ive run norton antivirus, bitdefender, spysweeper, lavasoft adaware, registry mechanic, and privacy guardian. its really frustrating because it sometimes happens in the middle of work or when i really need to use the computer or when im watching a movie.
any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it?? please help...thanks in advance!

If the fan is over heating, it may be too hot in your CPU or it may need to be air dusted because it's too dirty.
Take the casing off and look inside, if it's dirty, clean it out and see if that helps.

Yeah , that's right Kris and it may happen too if you use a high CPU frequency with a high RAM capacity and run a lot of programs , you can download some free CPU monitors to see when it starts to overheat , or your fan is stopping time to time , you should uncover your CU to watch the fan too.
